Is Styler free?

You can download Styler for free and try the core experience. A subscription unlocks unlimited outfit generation, advanced style insights and the weekly planner. Pricing is shown in-app before you commit.

How accurate is the AI at recognising my clothes?

Accepted Answer

Styler identifies type, colour, pattern, season and formality for the vast majority of items on the first photo. If something gets the wrong label, you can tap to correct it — and the app remembers your preferences next time.

Do my photos ever leave my phone?

Your wardrobe is yours. Photos are processed securely and are never sold, shared, or used to train public models. You can delete individual items or your entire wardrobe at any time from settings.

How do I delete my account or my wardrobe?

Open Styler, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your wardrobe, outfits and profile permanently. If you need help, email support@stylerapp.ai and we will take care of it.

Does Styler work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Styler is available on the App Store and Google Play. Your wardrobe and saved outfits sync across devices when you sign in.

Can I use Styler offline?

You can browse your wardrobe, saved outfits and planner offline. Generating a new AI outfit or analysing a freshly photographed item requires an internet connection.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and you can cancel any time from your device subscription settings. Your wardrobe and saved outfits stay with you.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google per their store policies. If you believe something is wrong on our side, email support@stylerapp.ai with your order details and we will do our best to help.
